App is horrible; doesnt work or I get an error message . Please fix it

Says unable to retrieve data from server! Or something... Fix it please. Why have an app of you cannot test its functionality of it works or not...

The in app and emailed version of the ID card leaves off the group number. My dentist requires this. Had to dig out the paper version.

Without support for putting my ID card into Apple Wallet, theres no reason for this app to exist.

Just like all of the other reviews of this version of the app--you cant log in. I even double checked my username and password on my Mac and it works fine, this app simply doesnt work when you use the correct login credentials.

Other reviews are correct. Dont waste your time! Wont function.

You need to be registered on deltadental.com, NOT A REGIONAL SITE. For example, if you are registered on dentadentalma.com, it might not work. Anyway, works fine for me. Needs to display everything the website does. Need to add ability to order physical ID cards.

App is useless when you cant even log in during fetch and server errors. Everything seems clunky and poorly set up. Fix this please

This app is a joke. Same login information I use to get on when on my computer doesnt work for this app. Then when I try to validate with the exact I info on my card still says incorrect & wont let me log in. Im sure I know my own name & birthdate. Either fix the app or pull it. Its a waste of time!!

I was excited to have a mobile app with my claims information and coverage to have with me at all times. The app would do me my plan coverage overview, but would never show me my claims. It would tell me I had to go to the website to see them. Wasnt the whole point to have them in one place....in the app?

The mobile app simply doesnt work. I can access my Delta account via their website with my desktop Mac, but the Delta mobile app will not grant me access. Im deleting it from my iPhone.

"Internal errors" prevent this app from accessing any useful information. This problem has been ongoing since installing it months ago. I havent deleted this space waster because I keep thinking improvements will be made, but the time has probably come to admit defeat and get rid of it. Apparently, all the terrible reviews have had no impact, as nobody seems to care enough to fix this troubled app.

Keep getting UNABLE TO FETCH DATA. Completely useless. Had to give at least one star to submit but would have given it zero.

This app is useless. I am able to log in just fine on desktop and any browser. Unfortunately when you try to log into the app it says:missing validation records”.

Internal errors whenever trying to do anything remotely useful. The app does not work. No Passbook /Wallet integration. Cannot view claims or benefits information.

Great app & easy to use

App does not work. Continuously says I need to validate my credentials then reroutes me to delta dental S desktop site. Boooo

Please allow me to put my cards in Apple wallet.

Sure, it lets you view your ID card & has a toothbrush timer....big deal. I cant ever seem to view my claims, which is really why I got this app in the first place. I always seem to have to sign in to the full site on the web. Dont bother with this app unless you need a toothbrush timer.
