Cannot login with newly created account. No comments. Though, on web portal in browser can login without problems.

Unable to log in with correct user id and password.

Believe me if I could no stars I would. Wont recognize my user name or password at all. Called countless customer service numbers and no one can help!

The mobile app simply doesnt work. I can access my Delta account via their website with my desktop Mac, but the Delta mobile app will not grant me access. Im deleting it from my iPhone.

Get "missing validation records" and "Safari cant identify server" messages. Might be useful if it worked!

I changed jobs but it wont let me edit my profile. It tells me to contact my previous group. Useless.

It doesnt recognize my username and password. I contacted customer service and reset everything and the app still says my account is locked, but I can log on through the website just fine.

I noticed my app updated today and I find a fresh look with features that actually take advantage of the features on my iPhone. Thx for listening to the feedback and much appreciative to the easy to use interface.

I cant login right after I made an account online to sign up for insurance. Its a joke.

Once I sign in (with the new update) Im stuck on some loading screen. The app is useless right now.

When I login, the loading icon stays on the screen forever and I cant click on anything, so I cant actually do anything with this app. One time after letting it "load" for about ten minutes, it finally said my device wasnt connected to the Internet or data, even though it was currently connected to wifi. I clicked ok and it let me proceed. I selected my preferred dentist and then clicked back to the main page and it again got stuck on the loading icon forever.

This app is a waste of time. It is a subset of the web based deltadental feature set. The web based deltadental has an automatic MOBILE formatting that works beautifully. So, use the regular website, forget the app.

This app and the mobile we browser for Delta are a joke. Its 2016... How is this possible for such a large reputable company? Literally, nothing works.

The app doesnt allow me to log in.

Apparently, this app is for Deltadental.com and here in California we have to log on to Deltadentalins.com. When I called customer service they tell me that because of that the app will not work for me. So USELESS APP.

First of all, Im trying to access my coverage but it errors out. "An internal error has occurred. Please try again later." Closes, and launches safari. The app is poorly optimized and has low resolution graphics. Not good.

This app could be so much more.
